When you think of the U.S. Navy, you probably imagine a serious group of hardworking Americans. While this is certainly true, there is another side of the Navy you probably aren’t very familiar with. These men in uniform have some pretty cool tricks up their sleeve – and thanks to the magic of technology, they have shared their talents with the world!

There is a huge gridiron rivalry between the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force, and it’s not what you think. Their rivalry has nothing to do with battle skills, in fact, it’s quite the opposite! Believe it or not, their biggest battle has to do with their skills on the dance floor. Members of each respective academy will choreograph impressive routines to popular music they call “spirit spots.” They are minutes-long videos that students with both the Naval Academy and the Air Force Academy use to challenge each other during spirit week leading up to the big game. So when crazy-spunky singer Psy’s “Gangnam Style” song hit the airwaves along with its insane dance moves in the accompanying video, the U.S. Naval Academy decided to use that song for their spirit spot. Needless to say, their decision did not disappoint.

Not only do they look dapper as ever in their uniforms, but their performance is absolutely fantastic! It is so fun to watch them copy Psy’s signature dance moves, and it looks like they are having a great time doing so! Seeing these men let loose and have fun is such a treat.
